At Pawlington, a full day of daycare is $50 and a half day (up to 5 hours) is $35. Multi-day packages bring the per-day rate down: our 10-day pack works out to $47/day and our 20-day pack to $45/day. The Burlington market average is typically $40–45/day at higher-volume facilities, but most do not include daily photos, small-group play, or daily rest periods.

Standard overnight boarding is $70/night, which includes a cozy private suite and morning and evening walks. For stays of seven consecutive nights or more, the rate drops to $60/night. Pickup and drop-off transport is available as a $50 add-on, and late pickups after 7pm are $25.

Our basic grooming package is $50–70 depending on your dog's size and coat type. It includes a bath, blow-dry, nail trim, and ear cleaning. We also offer combo experiences like our Adventure & Glow-Up Day ($100, includes a 2-hour beach excursion plus a full groom) and our Birthday Party package ($150, adds a photoshoot and birthday cake).

Yes. Our 10-day pack is $470 (save 6% vs. drop-in rate), our 20-day pack is $900 (save 10%), and our annual unlimited daycare membership is $10,500 (approximately $40/day based on 260 weekdays, a 20% saving on regular rates). All packages never expire.

No hidden fees. All prices listed are in CAD, before HST. The only optional add-ons are pickup & drop-off ($50), after-hours pickup after 7pm ($25), and our photoshoot package ($100). Your first visit always includes a free meet-and-greet so your dog can get comfortable with our team before any paid service.

For daycare, we appreciate 24 hours notice on cancellations so we can offer the spot to another family. For boarding, we ask for 7 days notice on cancellations during peak holiday weeks (Christmas, March Break, summer long weekends) and 48 hours otherwise. Package days never expire, so a missed daycare day stays on your account.
